Nick Wirdnam
ARTIST STATEMENT
Historically fruit and found natural objects have commonly been subject matter in still life painting and drawing compositions. I’ve chosen to produce these in 3 dimensions, as single and double still life combinations honouring this tradition. Certain of these still life combinations also relate to my recent work which has been influenced by superstition.
